Visiba Care December 2019 II

A very merry release!

Right before the holidays, Visiba Care has prepared a gift-release for our users. Users of Visiba Care can now use appointment templates even more flexibly, as you can configure yourselves how long before an appointment the patients can book or cancel. You can now have different times for different templates, giving you more flexibility and control of your operations. Try out the new configuration, and don't forget to check out the improved video quality if you have a restricted network. Healthcare practitioners

CHANGES:

  • The time limits of how close to the beginning of the appointment the patient can book and cancel their booking are now configurable separately for different appointment templates. This enables more flexibility on the time limits for different types of appointments within an organisation.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Slight updates to the FAQ with new more relevant information.
  • Better probability of improved call quality on restricted networks (if allowing port 443 UDP).

BUG FIXES:

  • When creating a new appointment template, all reasons for visit are now shown as selected as default.
  • Fixed text in My statistics overlapping in Norwegian.

Administrators

CHANGES:

  • Fixed a grammatical error in pop-up when trying to add an already existing user.
  • When creating a new appointment template, all reasons for visit are now shown as selected as default.
  • Fixed payment statistics unnecessarily showing appointment date on the granularity of seconds.

Patients

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Slight updates to the FAQ with new more relevant information.

Android

  • New design of the country selection view. iOS will follow in upcoming release.
  • New design of the language selection view. iOS will follow in upcoming release.

BUG FIXES:

Android

  • Fixed an issue where long forms could end up not being scrollable. One of the consequences was that answers from previous questions were automatically filled in for later questions. Affected customers have been notified.
  • Fixed forms scrolling down to the next free text input field when selecting an option on a single-choice question.
  • Fixed issue where patients without e-mail address filled in, got an error message when trying to enter the drop-in queue.
  • Fixed some forms not being submitted when patient booked an appointment.
  • Fixed patient sometimes being redirected to the home (reception) page instead of into the call when answering a call from a drop-in queue.
  • Fixed a minor layout alignment issue in drop in room details view.In my cases when answering an un-answered form, the form you select to answer is now shown instead of always showing all forms.
  • Fixed error messages in forms being shown in the wrong colour.

iOS

  • Fixed issue where patients without e-mail address filled in, got an error message when trying to enter the drop-in queue.

Web

  • Fixed issue where patients without e-mail address filled in, got an error message when trying to enter the drop-in queue.
