Customise your patient entries!

Today we welcome two long-awaited new features at Visiba Care, that will delight patients and healthcare professionals equally! First, administrators now have the power and freedom to customise the front pages of their receptions: New buttons, button titles and subtitles, selected patient flows are within your reach. At the same time with these configurations, patients will be welcomed in your reception with clear information on the available pathways (Swedish-speaking user? See more in our guide!). Additionally, the invitation to a multi-party call becomes even more flexible, as our users have the option to edit participants - add or remove – to an existing appointment. Healthcare practitioners

 

NEW FUNCTIONS:

  • You can now update participants invited to an appointment by adding and removing participants to an existing booking.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • The formatting of telephone numbers on the appointment card from the calendar view is now improved.

BUG FIXES:

  • Users will no longer see the incorrect error message that displays a network issue as the cause of the error, when another participant is the one experiencing the problem.
  • In drop-in, the Call button is now active when a patient has entered the call but a healthcare practitioner attempted but did not manage to enter the same call.
  • Users now see a message when the NHS number is not entered correctly (syntactically) promptly when entering the service for a patient as their representative.
  • The error messages in the invitation flow are now improved.
  • In messaging, Start new conversation is no longer displayed for unhandled conversations.
  • Some combinations of certain computers and windows experienced problems with their camera not being available for the call; this issue has been resolved.
  • The option to send a message from appointment bookings with a colleague/guest or group appointments is hidden, since it is not possible to send messages to these users.
  • The National identity number (personnummer) is now validated for all representatives in a booking.
  • All details for a patient representative are now displayed in the appointment card from the calendar.

Schedulers

Administrators

 

NEW FUNCTIONS:

  • You can now configure the reception front page of the patient interfaces in a much more flexible way, opening up for several important and useful use cases! You can find more detailed information here or read more about how you can configure the buttons and patient flows here (In Swedish).
  • In statistics, the Timeseries report is not available anymore; instead, users are referred to the export Activities: Started and ended.

  • In the calendar overview, the font size is adapted to accommodate days with more than 999 time slots per day.

Patients

 

NEW FUNCTIONS:

  • Administrators can now configure the reception front page of the patient interfaces in a much more flexible way, opening up for several important and useful use cases and improving the patient experience in heaps! Red Robin

  • Patients going through Red Robin are now able to upload up to 10 images in the flow, regardless of the selected symptom(s).

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • The design of the buttons on the reception page has been improved, and can now contain a subtitle for each button.

iOS

  • PDFs are now opened directly within the app, instead of downloading them via Safari.

Red Robin

  • General text improvements have been made in Red Robin to make it even more accessible to understand.

BUG FIXES:

Android

  • The notification badge in the tab bar was cropped; This issue is now fixed.
  • Newly registered patients are no longer automatically logged out after 15 minutes. Instead, the regular 12 hours apply to this case as well.
  • There was an issue in the flow, when going back and re-selecting the same Reason for visit; This issue is now fixed.

iOS

  • When a patient is in the drop-in queue with the phone’s screen of, s/he will receive the call properly.
  • The Go to appointment button in the guest web landing page was sometimes hidden by the automatic banner linking to App store. The button is now visible at all times.
  • Newly registered patients are no longer automatically logged out after 15 minutes. Instead, the regular 12 hours apply to this case as well.
  • The iPhone keyboard now allows patients to fill in dashes (-) and letters when entering their Finnish national identification number in the app.
  • Users now see a clearer error message when trying to move forward from a form without filling in the mandatory fields.

Web

  • When a healthcare practitioner starts a conversation with a patient that includes a form, the form is now closed automatically when the patient submits it.
