Read all about the new functions, improvements, and bug fixes made in the new Visiba Care release on December 1st, 2022.

Contains releases: Office web 5.58, Android 3.58 iOS 3.58, Patient web 4.58, Red Robin 1.58.

Healthcare professionals

This is new:
  • In the messaging view, healthcare professionals can use text templates by writing text shortcuts to handle text communication more efficiently and using standardised responses. The text templates have to be created by a clinic administrator before they can be used.
  • Healthcare professionals don’t have to enter the call to be informed that other participants have joined but instead will get notifications when waiting in the lobby.
  • In the video call, healthcare professionals will get a sound alert when someone else joins or leaves the call. Thus, they can hear if anything happens, even if they don’t see it.

Bug fixes:
  • The drop-in badge could sometimes disappear when changing the clinic in the menu. This issue has now been fixed.
  • It was possible to book an appointment retroactively. This issue has now been fixed.
  • The ”Go back” button did not work when entering the rescheduling view. This issue has now been fixed.
  • When a new message was received in an ongoing conversation, a badge still stated that there was an unread message. This issue has now been fixed.

Administrators

This is new:
  • Administrators are now able to administrate shared text templates. The text templates can then be used by healthcare professionals in the messaging view.

Patients

Bug fixes:

Android

  • The external library has been updated to mitigate errors occurring when switching network.
  • Specialist competence was still shown when booking a time. This issue has now been fixed.

Web

  • When the last or first name was missing for non-authenticated users in the drop-in room, the top bar showed "Null". This issue has now been fixed.

Red Robin Medical Core

This is new:
  • Pain is taken more seriously, with low pain levels not being dismissed too quickly.
  • "Tested positive for Covid-19 recently" is reactivated.
  • Patients using Red Robin can't add manual symptoms as a reason for contact. Instead, "Other questions" will be used with a warning to the user that they will proceed without symptoms covered in the Medical Core

Improvements:
  • Urgency is lowered for Covid-19 and RSV diagnoses (without dyspnea).
