Extensive debugging, better experience

A bulk of bug fixes and improvements have been applied to our platform. Your patients are also met by an improved flow and a cleaner interface that is more adapted to their respective national standards. Moreover, we have updated our video service provided to the newest version to make sure that your video consultations are up to par with the latest technology available. A new parameter is also added in our statistics: Administrators can now filter according to type of appointment and have a smooth comparison of digital and physical meetings.  Enjoy the new Visiba Care and change some lives!

Healthcare practitioners

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Updated Twilio (video service provider) version.

BUG FIXES:

  • Fixed healthcare practitioners being able to add appointment templates even though that setting was turned off by administrator.

Administrators

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Added filter for type of appointment in export statistics to be able to filter on digital and physical appointments.

BUG FIXES:

  • Fixed selected filtering being cleared in activity log when navigating back to the list.
  • Fixed healthcare practitioners being able to add appointment templates even though that setting was turned off by administrator.
  • Fixed text on toggle in global settings for making a form available on practices.

Patients

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Updated Twilio (video service provider) version for web and apps.
  • Improved flow for logging in with Finnish Tupas-authentication.
  • Removed old empty texts from app home page so they are no longer taking unnecessary space.
  • Deep linking now has a platform-agnostic structure to allow for easier configuration and more use cases.
  • Dates now shown in UK format instead of US format.

BUG FIXES:

Android

  • Fixed not being able to navigate back to Reason for visit selection step when having physical locations active and selecting a digital-only time.
  • Fixed push notification for new conversations not working.
  • Fixed swish payment failing if first entering wrong phone number and then changing to the correct one.
  • Fixed push notification for new conversations not working.
  • Fixed buttons in image preview not being hidden as they should when view is tapped.
  • Fixed double login pages shown if opening app from new message-push notification.
  • Fixed wrong colours of image download button in image preview.
  • Fixed wrong colours of filter icon and back button.
  • Fixed wrong colour of icon on inactive Go to lobby-button in My cases.

iOS

  • Fixed push notification for new conversations not working.
  • Fixed swish payment failing if first entering wrong phone number and then changing to the correct one.
  • Fixed name of selected practice not being shown on the Change-reception button.
  • Menu in call is now temporarily visible instead of always hidden when call is started.
  • Fixed appointment description text not always fitting properly when selecting which time to book.
  • Fixed unbranded navigation bar in external digital content not actually being unbranded.
  • Removed unnecessary descriptive text from messaging view to match Android.
  • Fixed home screen buttons not working with text-to-speech tools.
  • Fixed app breaking if the practice selected by the patient was removed.
  • Added missing end date filter when filtering available times.

Web

  • Fixed un-picked up messaging conversations changing text of which practice they were sent in to, depending on which practice you had selected to view.
  • Fixed interface not scrolling up automatically when being asked to log in.
