Send forms in healthcare-initiated messaging

Our newly released healthcare-initiated messaging is getting a powerful update: You can now choose any of the available forms to display to your patients. All healthcare provider users can also group appointment templates according to practice, making scheduling a lot easier and smoother. Administrators can transfer data from external digital services and enjoy a quicker and more effortless workflow. Healthcare practitioners

CHANGES:

  • Any form can now be selected from the list and sent to a patient when a conversation is initiated by a healthcare professional. 
  • Appointment templates are now grouped by practice in the calendar, to allow for easier scheduling in larger organisations.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Participants can now be removed from a multi-party call when in full screen mode. 
  • The image preview has gotten a design update.

BUG FIXES:

  • Fixed drop-in rooms view sometimes crashing on slow connections.
  • Fixed background in area in “…”-menus not being clickable, even though the cursor was shown as a pointer.
  • Fixed not being able to exit calls with the chat open.
  • Fixed not being able to send invite to a group call if payment was active.

Administrators

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • There is now a toggle in Forms in Global settings for making a form available and unavailable on practices.
  • Now allowing data transfer between external digital services and Visiba Care.

BUG FIXES:

  • Fixed forms available on practices sometimes being marked as unavailable.
  • Fixed forms not connected to the selected reason for visit being included when a healthcare professional initiates a messaging conversation.
  • Fixed background in area in “…”-menus not being clickable, even though the cursor was shown as a pointer.
  • Fixed background on users in user list not being clickable even though pointer is shown indicating clickability.
  • Fixed html-code being shown in Texts: Web instead of regular text.
  • Fixed besöksorsak still being besvär in a few places.

Schedulers

CHANGES:

  • Appointment templates are now grouped by practice in the calendar, to allow for easier scheduling in larger organisations.
  • Schedulers can now enter a healthcare professional’s calendar in scheduling mode directly from the calendar overview.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Improved performance when scheduling large numbers of bookable times at the same time 

BUG FIXES:

  • Fixed background in area in “…”-menus not being clickable, even though the cursor was shown as a pointer.
  • Fixed not being able to send invite to a group call if payment was active.

Patients

IMPROVEMENTS:

Android

  • User is now asked if they really want to log out when clicking the log out button.

BUG FIXES:

Android

  • Fixed patient being unable to see recently taken screenshot in video chat.
  • Fixed network connection error message being shown for a split second when opening a messaging conversation.
  • Fixed complete form not being shown if keyboard was open.
  • Fixed last frame being shown instead of dark background when other participant turned camera off.
  • Fixed app in phone keeping on ringing even though patient has answered the video call in web.
  • If patient has several ongoing messaging conversations with the same healthcare professional, the patient no longer temporarily sees messages in the wrong conversation, if first conversation is open while receiving a new message in the second one.

iOS

  • Fixed time of message sent being shown in the wrong language if automatic translation was used.
  • Fixed not showing practices correctly in list if there were multiple nested categories of practices.
  • Fixed video being switched off after having uploaded an image to the call chat.
  • Fixed large images sent to patient in chat during video call being fully zoomed in instead of scaled down to fit screen.
  • Fixed other participant’s video turned off not being handled correctly when switching between participants’ feeds in a group call.

Android/iOS

  • If the last practice a patient entered has been set as visible, the patient is now presented with the practice selection view.
  • Fixed group call appointment looking like a 1-to-1 appointment in the list of booked appointments, if there was only one healthcare professional booked in the call.

Web

  • Fixed filter for Reason for visit being shown, even though the functionality was not active.
