Freja eID has arrived!

Simon Leppänen

We are delighted to announce that Visiba Care now supports logging in with Freja eID+! This new feature facilitates the use of the service for users who don't have BankID, such as underaged patients. Additionally, the quest of making the use of Visiba Care smoother and simpler for healthcare professionals continues, with several flows now reflecting the right options and interfaces working in a more intuitive way during transitions between functions. Enjoy the new Visiba Care!
Contains releases: Office web 5.12, Android 3.30, iOS 3.30, Patient web 4.30, Red Robin 1.30.

Healthcare practitioners

NEW FUNCTIONS:

    • Healthcare professionals using Visiba Care can now log in using Freja eID+.
Contact your Administrator to activate this login method in your virtual clinic.

IMPROVEMENTS

      • In the main healthcare menus Messages and Drop-in, selected filters are remembered after exiting and returning to the page.
      • When inviting a patient representative to an appointment, the appearance of the national identity number is now checked that it is correct. If the format is incorrect, an error message is displayed.
      • The pre-selected option for receptions in the messaging function is improved: If no default option is apparent, users now have to make a selection themselves.
      • When selecting an ICD code in the post-call evaluation form, the interface would sometimes freeze intermittently. This issue is now fully resolved.
      • In the Calendar booking view, the last 4 digits of the national identity number are separated from the rest with a hyphen (-), to improve readability.

BUG FIXES:

      • In Drop-in, the Go to call button displays Handled by colleague when another healthcare professional initiates a call. Previously, this button changed to Handled by colleague when both your colleague and the patient were in the call, which could result in two healthcare professionals trying to attend to the same case. The button now changes status as soon as the call is initiated by a healthcare professional.

Administrators

NEW FUNCTIONS:

      • Healthcare professionals using Visiba Care can now log in using Freja eID+.
Contact your Customer Success Manager for more information or to activate this login method in your virtual clinic.
      • If a user account is locked out of his/her account after repeated (21) failed attempts, an administrator can now unlock this account from the User information view.

IMPROVEMENTS:

      • In the Statistics: Payments report cases with status 'unpaid' were filtered out with a set payment date. This issue is now resolved.

BUG FIXES:

      • Administrators no longer see the Left waiting room option from the menu since this data is inaccessible to this user permission.
      • The view in Forms would sometimes freeze intermittently, when the reception selection was changed from Global settings to a reception. This issue is now fully resolved.

Patients

NEW FUNCTIONS:

        • Booking of physical appointments becomes better for patients. If there are no available online appointments, the button is no longer visible. Also if there is only one available physical location, it will be selected automatically without patients having to select it themselves.

Red Robin

        • In Red Robin, when patient representatives enter the flow, they can now add the national identity number of the patient they are representing. This improvement makes the flow easier for user, so that the right information is filled in where expected, but also improves the healthcare professional experience, who can now be even more confident in the identity and details of the patient.

iOS

        • Uploading images in a messaging conversation has been updated and improved.

        • All forms are now listed in the detailed case view.

      • Uploading files in iOS is now significantly improved.
      • The voiceover now displays more relevant information in interactions with the tab bar.
      • Guests were not able to log in if another login country was previously selected in the app. This issue is now fixed.
      • When choosing a reception, the letter 'Ä' was cut off at the top of the receptions names. It is now visible again.
      • When accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy the header would not line-break and the text would continue outside the display. This issue is now fixed and the entire header is visible.
