Improved app launch design and behaviour

The patients are now greeted with a new improved design when opening the app. The error handling if something isn’t right when starting the app has also been improved, and the patient now clearly understands what is wrong and what they can do to fix. Apart from that, the healthcare interface has gotten a number of performance improvements, where things like working in the calendar and exporting payment statistics now works faster and smoother! Healthcare professionals

 

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Improved performance and speed of the calendar.

BUG FIXES:

The following issues have been fixed:

  • It is no longer possible to start a group-call without s healthcare professional entering the call first.
  • Patients name  was sometimes being cut off at the bottom for short appointments in the calendar.

Administrators

 

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Improved stability and performance when exporting payment log.

BUG FIXES:

The following issues have been fixed:

  • Time series now groups number of bookings correctly according to when the appointment was completed instead of when it was booked
  • Practice administrators were not able to change the visibility of the practice towards patients.

Schedulers

 

NEW FUNCTIONS:

  • Schedulers now have a profile in the interface!

Patients

 

NEW FUNCTIONS:

  • New improved design and error handling when starting the app!

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Improved usability for screen reader users in the call. The menu is no longer hidden when a screen reader is active, and proper labels for buttons have been added for all languages available in the apps.

BUG FIXES:

The following issues have been fixed:

Android

  • It is no longer possible to start a group-call without s healthcare professional entering the call first.
  • Certain phone models were not automatically closing down the keyboard after entering code in sms-login, causing a visual bug.
  • Initial spaces when entering name in My profile or registration are now automatically removed.
  • DeepLinks now work for newly installed and never opened apps.
  • The app was crashing in group calls when clicking to view a participants video too many times in a short period of time.
  • The guest participant’s name was not fetched automatically from the Finnish bank code login-method if the healthcare practitioner entered the call before the guest.

iOS

  • It is no longer possible to start a group-call without s healthcare professional entering the call first.
  • App no longer crashes if entering as a guest when the app just been installed and never opened before.
  • Patients were sometime coming to empty view of the appointment when following the link to the appointment from an e-mail.
  • The app no longer crashes when opening it from link in sms or email if practice had not been previously selected.
  • The patient was sometimes prompted to accept the terms of service when clicking on the My pages tab after ending a drop-in-call in a waiting room without authentication required.
  • The app was sometimes crashing when opening the booking flow from a DeepLink on a newly installed app.
  • Initial spaces when entering name in My profile or registration are now automatically removed.
  • DeepLinks now work for newly installed and never opened apps.
  • The Select practice view was shown for single-practice customers when entering the Visiba app from another app the second time using DeepLinking.
  • The guest participant’s name was not fetched automatically from the Finnish bank code login-method if the healthcare practitioner entered the call before the guest.
