Read all about the new functions, improvements, and bug fixes made in the new Visiba Care release on June 30th, 2022. 

Contains releases: Office web 5.52, Android 3.52, iOS 3.52, Patient web 4.52, Red Robin 1.52.


Healthcare practitioners

 

This is new:

  • It is possible to "pin" a participant in the multiparty call.
  • As a healthcare practitioner, you are now able to enter a reason for cancelling an appointment, which can be shown internally.
  • When your user account is removed from Visiba Care, an email will be sent informing you about this. 

Red Robin

  • It’s now possible to send feedback related to a case directly to Visiba Care's medical team.

Schedulers

 

This is new:

  • As a scheduler, you are now able to enter a reason for cancelling an appointment, which can be shown internally.
  • When your user account is removed from Visiba Care, an email will be sent informing you about this. 

BUG FIXES:

  • When clicking on a past booking in the calendar overview, the user was redirected to a wrong week. This issue has now been fixed.

Administrators

 

This is new:

  • When your user account is removed from Visiba Care, an email will be sent informing you about this. 

improvements:

Red Robin

  • Two new referral groups added to Red Robin; Children below 1 year and Other (non-triaged). These can be used in combination with the previous groups to be able to categorise and refer specifically in these cases.

BUG FIXES:

  • All users were not present in the user list when trying to re assign a message. This issue has now been fixed.

 


Patients


This is new:

  • Patients who are using the web interface can now "pin" a participant in the multiparty call.

     

improvements:

Red Robin

  • Patients going through Red Robin will now get an improved flow when the outcome is a messaging case. The case will be created within the Red Robin flow and the initial free text will be used as the first message in the conversation.

BUG FIXES:

Android

  • The evaluation after the call did previously not support screen readers. Screen reader labels has now been added for post call form, rating dialog and survey answer.
