The very first release for 2020 is here! The development focused on improving the timeslots to reflect rescheduling, deadlines, and cancellations  accurately. Our patients can enjoy improved functionalities after several bug fixes, including refunds from Swish payments for incomplete appointments. Enjoy the new Visiba Care!

Healthcare practitioners

BUG FIXES:


  • Reasons for visit can now be set on multiple practices for one healthcare practitioner.
  • Healthcare practitioners can now create appointment templates, if allowed in configuration.
  • Timeslots are now deleted when a healthcare practitioner or scheduler cancel a booking.
  • Timeslots rescheduled from another practitioner no longer show up in the original practitioner's calendar upon cancellation.
  • Attached pictures in call chat now have correct shape.


Administrators


BUG FIXES:

  • Reasons for visit can now be set on multiple practices for one healthcare practitioner.
  • Change of default deadlines in template now updates existing timeslots.
  • Timeslots are now deleted when a healthcare practitioner or scheduler cancels a booking.
  • Swish payments for bookings that were not completed are now refunded automatically.
  • Refunding can now only be done once.

Patients

BUG FIXES:

Android

  • App no longer crashes on app start if there is a network error.
  • Fixed issue where patients sometimes couldn't receive a call.
  • Swish payments for bookings that were not completed are now refunded automatically.

iOS

  • Improved URL linking within app.
  • View for selecting physical location no longer flashes by when booking a digital appointment.
  • Patient can now download the receipt.
  • When searching for a practice, the search is done in entire set of practices and not only on one level.
  • Reason for visit is now shown on messaging cases in My cases instead of Speciality.
  • Swish payments for bookings that were not completed are now refunded automatically.

Web

  • Fixed issue where patients without e-mail address filled in, got an error message when trying to enter the drop-in queue.
  • Swish payments for bookings that were not completed are now refunded automatically.
