Read all about the new functions, improvements, and bug fixes made in the new Visiba Care release on October 20th, 2022.

Healthcare professionals

This is new:
  • The interface has now been updated with Visiba Care’s new branding.
Improvements:

Red Robin

  • The Red Robin patient summary will follow when you go from messaging to video booking.
Bug fixes:
  • When viewing a booking in the calendar, a part of it could be hidden since the menu on the left could overlap the booking. This issue has now been fixed.
  • The time format has been changed so that it is always represented with a colon instead of a dot.

Red Robin

  • It is now possible to see the name of the patient in the header of the file when you look at a file that was uploaded by a patient in Red Robin.

Schedulers

This is new:
  • The interface has now been updated with Visiba Care’s new branding.

Administrators

This is new:
  • The interface has now been updated with Visiba Care’s new branding.
  • It is now possible for a local administrator to remove a user, and edit a user’s permissions, reasons for contact and other information linked to the user’s role at the clinic, even if the user has access to other clinics. 

Bug fixes:
  • The list of performers in the messaging overview was not filtered correctly by clinics. This issue has now been fixed.

Patients

This is new:

Web

  • Any visibility of favicon and Visiba Care logotype in the patient web is now updated with Visiba Care’s new branding.
Bug fixes:

Web

  • The field for entering the patient's national identification number was visible even though the appointment was not booked as a patient representative. This issue has now been fixed.
  • Clinics with long names were not handled well visually in the top navigation. This issue has now been fixed.
