Reassign messages to another healthcare practitioner!

Simon Leppänen

Aligning your resources in Visiba Care now becomes more streamlined, as schedulers and healthcare practitioners can reassign message conversations to another healthcare practitioner – a function that can be extra valuable in cases of absence or in the need of an additional expertise. Schedulers can also enjoy a new feature which irons out their digital flow, as they can access the calendar of the healthcare practitioner they are scheduling for and check their available times. Extra focus was given this release on improving existing functions and making them smoother – along with the regular bug fixes for all. Enjoy the new Visiba Care!
