Read all about the new functions, improvements, and bug fixes made in the new Visiba Care release on September 9th, 2021. 

Contains releases: Office web 5.39, Android 3.39, iOS 3.39, Patient web 4.39, Red Robin 1.39.

Healthcare practitioners

 

NEW FUNCTIONS:

  • In the invitation flow it is now possible to invite a colleague by email. Once added to the invitation, more information about the colleague is available to confirm that the right colleague has been invited.

Red Robin

  • Adjustments have been made in Red Robin regarding migraine and tension headache based on medical tests.
  • The patient summary is now accessible in drop-in history.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • The messaging view has been updated with improved design and performance for users with a long list of messaging conversations.
  • In the my appointments view, the list of meetings and individual meeting information has been swapped around to ease reading.
  • There is now a counter which counts the number of used characters in a messaging conversation, as well as an error message, making it impossible to send a message when the number of (4000) characters has been exceeded.
  • Months are now arranged correctly in the activity report.

BUG FIXES:

  • Healthcare professionals can not see incoming messaging cases without being on the list of healthcare practitioners allowed to handle patient-initiated messages.

Administrators

 

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • When searching for a user in the platform, letters containing an accent are neglected. Searching for “John Doe” will return “John Doe” and “John Doè”.

It is not possible to activate reason for contact on a reception, if there is no reason for contact defined.

Red Robin

  • Possibility to add fallback when using Red Robin with referral groups.

BUG FIXES:

  • Administrators could not delete users with permission to multiple receptions from the dot menu on the user profile. This issue is now fixed.

Patients

 

NEW FUNCTIONS:

Red Robin

  • Stop signal when Red Robin returns urgency 1-3.
  • Stop signal with warning information when Red Robin returns urgency 4.

IMPROVEMENTS:

Red Robin

  • Accessibility improvements in Red Robin interfaces.
Headache and sore throat pain assessment using scales 1-10 to make it easier for the patient to grade their pain.

 

Android

  • Providing permission for the app to use the camera, microphone, and push notifications has been improved on Android so that it is only displayed when the patient expects it.

BUG FIXES:

Android

  • If one reason for contact was selected for a reception page button leading to a drop-in room, the patient was still able to select from other reasons for contact. This issue is now fixed.
  • App no longer crashes if a healthcare practitioner uploads a file with a specific faulty name structure in a messaging conversation.
  • Images were not being attached when taking a picture in the call chat with the phone in horizontal orientation. This issue is now fixed.
  • The patient is no longer asked to provide approval to use the microphone when entering a drop-in room if the patient has already given permission.
  • Adjusted colours for form icon in messaging conversation.

 

iOS

  • Buttons on the reception page could start flickering if the icon file was broken. This issue is now fixed.
  • All text on reception page buttons is now shown and is no longer shortened.
  • The patient now enters the app in the correct way after clicking on a push notification when the app is closed and the patient is logged out.
  • The correct error message is now displayed to patients when trying to log in using BankID with a faulty national identification number.
