Healthcare staff

News and improvements
  • Healthcare professionals can see when other participants in a messaging consultation have read their messages, also known as a read receipt. This will only be shown to healthcare staff and not the patient.
  • Healthcare professionals are able to set and change urgency on all messaging consultations. This was previously restricted to Red Robin cases.
  • To increase security, a new layer has been added to the present authentication methods, also known as two-factor authentication (2FA). When enabling 2FA, the user will be prompted to submit a code sent as a text message to their mobile phone. Adding a phone number to each user is required before enabling this.
Bug fixes:
  • After handing over a messaging consultation to another clinic, it wasn't possible to change the urgency. This issue has now been fixed.
  • In Red Robin cases, a “don’t know” answer on a pain level question would be appended with “out of 10” (e.g. “don’t know out of 10”). This issue has now been fixed.
  • When having a long video call (4+ hours), the call was disconnected after 4 hours. This issue has now been fixed.
  • Clearing filters related to a list could have no effect, which would lead to the list still being filtered. This issue has now been fixed.

Patients

Bug fixes:

Web

  • When booking a physical appointment and filtering on a reason for contact, physical locations with no timeslots available for the selected reason for contact were displayed to the user. This issue has now been fixed.
  • If a card payment failed, the patient didn't get an error message; instead the page just reloaded. This issue has now been fixed.
  • When looking for available times to book on-site, only today’s times were shown in the list of physical locations. Thus, if the location was fully booked today, the user didn’t see available times at all. This issue has now been fixed, so the patient can see the first available time at all physical locations.

Red Robin

News and improvements:
  • Ganglion has been split into separate diagnoses for hands and feet for improved clarity and modelling accuracy.
  • Questions regarding enlarged lymph nodes have been harmonised, and the connections to their causes have been improved.

Embassy API (Integrations)

News and improvements:
  • Messaging conversations (CommunicationRequest) can now be initiated with the status completed.
