News and improvements
- Some users with numerous messaging consultations available (unhandled and/or active) could experience a waiting time that exceeded 10 seconds. This has been improved so that it will take less than 1 second to load.
Bug fixes
- The e-mail subject line wasn’t shown correctly if the date contained characters like å, ä, or ö. This issue has now been fixed.
Patients
News and improvements
- The patient web has been adapted to work on mobile screens.
- After initiating a conversation, a patient will end up in the conversation instead of in My Cases, as was the case previously.
Bug fixes
- The details view under My cases did not show details for a physical appointment. This issue has now been fixed.
Red Robin
News and improvements:
- Improved coverage of urgent dermatology conditions.
- Improved questions and modelling of skin injuries.
