Patients

THIS IS NEW:

iOS, Android, Web

  • We have launched a completely new home page, with a new way for the patient to enter the service and find their way to the right place. Read more here.
  • Patients using the patient web interface, will now also get the same informative card notifications app users receive, telling them about important information and actions relating to their appointments and messaging conversations.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Improved search functionality when searching for a reception in the apps and in the patient web. You will now find the right reception independent of spelling errors.

Red Robin

  • When seeking care as a representative, the texts and flow now indicates the intended person more clearly. For instance, you has been replaced with the child when the child is the intended person in texts/questions.
  • When seeking care as a representative, age and gender is pre-filled when national identity number can be successfully parsed.
  • When reaching the end of the chat, there’s a new feedback dialogue. Instead of a 10 step slider inside the chat, there’s now a 5 star system inside a modal.

BUG FIXES:

iOS, Android, Web

Red Robin

  • Selected answer alternatives were previously highlighted with the primary colour. This is now fixed to be 20% of the primary colour for better contrast.

  • The app could crash if the reception you searched for was missing a name in one of the languages activated for the app. This issue has now been fixed.

Web

  • Finnish patients with a letter in the national identification number could not create an account in the patient web. This issue has now been fixed.
  • Entering login flow from My cases, and then exiting the flow, directed the patient back to the start page instead of remaining in My cases. This issue has now been fixed.
  • The cross-button to close the login popup didn’t work, you had to click outside the popup to close the login window. The cross-button now works again.
