Patients & guests anonymised in multi-party calls

Simon Leppänen

Integrity and privacy for patients and guests are now elevated. Patients and guest participants in multi-party calls, such as a group therapy session, patients and guests will no longer be able to see each other's names. Instead, these will only be seeing the initials of each other, regardless of whether they join the call from the web interface or the app. Furthermore, our Red Robin users will see important refinements in incoming cases that make the assessment more efficient. These new features as well as important bug fixes are now available in your platform and patient interfaces. Enjoy the new Visiba Care!
Contains releases: Office web 5.34, Android 3.34, iOS 3.34, Patient web 4.34, Red Robin 1.34.

Healthcare practitioners

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • In messaging cases through Red Robin, users can now edit the urgency for patient cases, when a healthcare professional assesses that it needs to be changed.
  • There is now a new layout in messaging cases and Red Robin: The Red Robin summary components will be visible in the same view as the conversation.
  • In consultations with a patient via a representative, certain views displayed the representative's name and social security number (personnummer). As this can be misleading, it has been replaced with the text 'Patient with representative' and the patient's social security number (personnummer). The views this applies to are: drop-in overview, drop-in history and calendar history.

BUG FIXES:

  • In the My appointments tab from the Calendar view, there was an icon in multi-party calls falsely indicating attached files. This issue is now solved.

Schedulers

BUG FIXES:

  • Users with Global Administrator rights as well as Scheduler rights on some receptions are now restricted from editing bookable times on receptions where they do not have Scheduler rights.

Administrators

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • The example previews shown when adding and configuring page buttons in a reception are updated.
