Healthcare practitioners

 

THIS IS NEW:

  • Large update of the call experience for healthcare practitioners! Highlighted changes:

    • Possible to see all (up to 9) participants in a multiparty call.

    • Easier to see your own picture/screen sharing enlarged.

    • Better flow when uploading files in the chat.

    • Possibility to test the microphone and speaker in the call.

    • All files uploaded before and after the call are saved automatically.

    • Patients and guests can screen share in the call (when using the web browser).


IMPROVEMENTS:

  • When using the chat in the call, the translation feature has been removed.
    (The feature was possible to enable/disable per customer instance.)

Administrators


IMPROVEMENTS:

  • The export of a user list now uses texts that have been overridden, if available.
  • When using the chat in the call, the translation feature has been removed.
    (The feature was possible to enable/disable per customer instance.)

Patients

  • Screen reader improvements.

BUG FIXES:

iOS, Android, Web

  • A patient can no longer see go to lobby-card for a meeting that is only reserved, not booked.

iOS, Android

  • Text on receptions being centred instead of left-aligned. This issue has now been fixed.
  • Receptions in the browse view were not being sorted alphabetically. This issue has now been fixed.

Android

  • Patients who uploaded a file when entering a drop-in call were not automatically redirected to the queue after logging in. This issue has now been fixed.

iOS

  • Deactivating file upload using a deep link was not working. This issue has now been fixed.
  • Error screens shown if the app wasn't launched correctly didn't contain proper text. This issue has now been fixed.
  • A patient can now remove their phone number from their profile if it is not mandatory. 
  • Visual line breaking issue on buttons for login methods. This issue has now been fixed.

Web

  • Issue with multiple reasons for contact connected to a button. This has now been fixed.
