Healthcare practitioners

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • For failed login attempts with SITHS where there is no account with a corresponding HSA-ID, the error message has been improved.
  • My Statistics view has been removed to reduce the complexity of the user interface.

Red Robin

  • Due to the added possibility for the patients to add more information about time and trends related to their initial symptoms, there will now be more information in the patient summary related to time and trends.

BUG FIXES:

Red Robin

  • Follow-up questions related to risk factors didn’t show up correctly in the patient summary. This issue has now been fixed.

Schedulers

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • For failed login attempts with SITHS where there is no account with a corresponding HSA-ID, the error message has been improved.

Administrators

THIS IS NEW:

  • Updates of username and password are now logged in the new activity log. Note that the old activity log is available in parallel until it is removed in April, 2022.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Administrators can no longer set a user password; the users are now forced to set it themselves when first using the service.
  • For failed login attempts with SITHS where there is no account with a corresponding HSA-ID, the error message has been improved.

Patients

THIS IS NEW:

iOS, Android, Web

  • Patients are now able to trigger the removal of their account themselves in the apps, giving the patient even further control over their own data. For patient security reasons, patients can only trigger deletion if they have no ongoing cases.

Red Robin

  • Patients will now get the possibility to answer in more detail regarding time and trends related to their initial symptoms. This will help the triage engine and the HCPs in their decision making and give patients the freedom to enter more details.

BUG FIXES:

Web

  • The language selection menu could end up behind the go to lobby-card. This has now been fixed.

Android

  • Buttons on receptions now have correct height and padding when the text on the button exceeds one row

iOS, Android, Web

Red Robin

  • When editing a previously answered question of question type pain, Red Robin could sometimes crash. This issue has now been fixed.
