Your digital consultation flow in Visiba Care is now running even smoother with even less administration and a tighter flow for the patients. With this new release, patients can pay directly when they start a new messaging conversation. Does it sound interesting? Get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to activate the function! In addition, notifications were a highlight of this release, with new SMS notifications introduced for  both healthcare professionals and patients. Healthcare practitioners

news:

  • New SMS notification when a patient books an appointment.
  • New SMS notification when a patient cancels an appointment.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Changed wording of Notices to Notifications throughout the platform.

BUG FIXES:

  • Clicking on Drop-in: History now functions in the same manner as the other Drop-in menu options, when selecting a room. 
  • Fixed displaying the wrong text on Call button when viewing a drop-in patient who is currently managed by a colleague.
  • Fixed forms that are set to be shown after the call not being displayed in the drop-in history. 
  • Fixed appointment reminder as push notification being sent out for reserved bookings that have not yet been paid for.

Administrators

  • Fixed text for publishing/making form accessible on a practice being switched around.
  • Fixed not being able to search a healthcare practitioner's name, if the name accidentally contains a space before the first letter.

  • Fixed an issue where, at rare occasions, a patient was asked to log in when called while queueing for an anonymous drop-in room.

  • Fixed inability to scroll in practice selection list when the keyboard is open.
