Red Robin users now see priority in messages

Great news for our Red Robin users as healthcare practitioners will now be able to see the priority on messages coming from Red Robin. Our patient apps on Android become stronger and more stable and our office users will see more work-friendly time slots in their calendars by default! Healthcare practitioners

 

NEW FUNCTIONS:

Red Robin

  • Priority will now be visible on messaging cases coming from Red Robin. This will be visible from the messaging list as well as in specific messaging cases.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • The default hours in the calendar view are now 07-18.
  • It is now possible to configure notifications for rebooked physical visits for healthcare practitioners.

BUG FIXES:

  • In rare occasions, when participants entered the lobby and an appointment was re-scheduled, the participants could not join the call at the later, re-scheduled time. This is now solved.
  • When inviting a representative to an appointment, if the representative's details were updated, some details could temporarily replace the patient's details in the graphical interface and cause confusion. This has now been resolved.
  • In a messaging conversation with more than one form attached, when changing the form, the name was not updated in the selection menu. This has now been fixed.
  • It is not possible to duplicate appointments with the settings set to Manual by holder, i.e. displaying a price to the patient. The possibility to start the duplication workflow is now hidden for these appointments.
  • It is now possible to invite to an appointment from a messaging case when the platform is configured to disable inviting colleagues.
  • When opening up a template description from the calendar view, the description could be hidden by the menu. This is now resolved.

Schedulers

 

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • The default hours in the calendar view are now 07-18.
  • It is no longer possible to add or remove bookable times through the feature Copy or erase for a whole day or week in the calendar in a reception where the user is not scheduler. The user sees these times marked with a padlock icon.

BUG FIXES:

  • When inviting a representative to an appointment, if the representative's details were updated, some details could temporarily replace the patient's details in the graphical interface and cause confusion. This has now been resolved.
  • It is not possible to duplicate appointments with the settings set to Manual by holder, i.e. displaying a price to the patient. The possibility to start the duplication workflow is now hidden for these appointments.

Android

  • Stability and crash resistance in the registration flow is now improved.

BUG FIXES:

Red Robin

  • The text input sometimes did not use all the available space. This is now fixed.
  • The selected symptoms are now cleared if patient's initial description is changed when navigating back/forth.

Android

  • There were issues reconnecting to restarted call after using the automatic translation in the call chat. This issue is now fixed.
  • A visual bug with buttons on the reception page jumping around when loading is resolved.
  • The view of a healthcare practitioner’s screen-sharing was not visible until the patient changed back to that video stream. This is now fixed.
  • The reception page button colours are now changed back to display the correct colour.
  • Patients were sometimes not receiving the call if their phone was locked. This issue is now fixed.

iOS

  • iPad users could not upload images and files in the call chat. This is now fixed.
  • If a patient had rejected a call from a healthcare practitioner in drop-in, the patient was not able to answer a subsequent call. This issue is resolved.
  • The reception page button colours are now changed back to display the correct colour.

Web

  • An error message is added for cases when a patient was trying to register with a phone number that already exists in the database.
