Ready for high demand with reserved timeslots!

Visiba Care is now even better prepared for high demand: Your bookable time slots are now reserved for the first patient entering the booking flow! This will disable other patients to enter a booking for the same time slot and avoid double bookings and errors. Some major improvements were done for our healthcare professionals as well, particularly for your patients booked by representatives: You will now get more and better information on the patients themselves instead of their representatives. These updates well as important bug fixes are now available in your platform and patient interfaces. Enjoy the new Visiba Care!

Healthcare practitioners

 

NEW FUNCTIONS:

  • When creating an appointment, the healthcare practitioner's email address can now be used as an identifier.

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • In cases of many unread messages in a conversation, the first message displayed when entering the message conversation view will be the first sent unread. Before users would see the last sent message. This improvement was performed to reduce the risk of missing messages.
  • NHS number is now displayed for patients that are booked with a representative in the calendar view.
  • In the calendar view, when displaying appointments with a patient with a representative, the patient's name is displayed instead of the representative's name.
  • In the drop-in: left waiting room view and for consultations with a patient with a representative, the patient info is now displayed instead of the representative's name and social security number (personnummer).
  • A bookable time slot can be reserved by a patient while they are in the paying flow. We have improved the information regarding this 'reserved' status in the calendar view.
  • There is an improved error message for Norwegian customers in cases of errors when data is missing from the invitation flow.

BUG FIXES:

  • It is no longer possible to enter a removed user's calendar – an issue that caused the interface to freeze since there was no calendar to view.
  • In the calendar overview, when showing a month, the days of the last week that wrap into a new month were not included in the overview statistics. This is now fixed.
  • NHS number is now properly displayed in the calendar view for patients that are booked with a representative.

Administrators

 

BUG FIXES:

  • In payment export, when selecting the end date in the search, it was not included. This is now fixed.

Patients

 

NEW FUNCTIONS:

  • Bookable time slots are now reserved for the patient entering the booking flow of that slot, already in the first step. This will improve the booking experience especially when the demand is high.

IMPROVEMENTS:

Red Robin

  • Patients can now respond with 'I don't know' to questions selected by our medical team. For healthcare professionals, this will be visible in the patient summary linked to specific symptoms/risk factors.
  • When starting a chat in Red Robin, the patient's initial description of the case and selected input symptoms are now displayed at the top of the conversation.

Android

  • The Twilio Video engine has been updated to the latest version.

BUG FIXES:

iOS

  • A bug that was causing the app to crash in certain scenarios when entering a drop-in call was resolved.
  • Guests entering a call in an app they had not opened before on that device now end up in the correct place.

Web

  • The placeholder text in forms was not visible on the patient web even though it was visible in the apps. This issue is now fixed.
  • Patients using the web interface can no longer change the reason for visit, when a specific reason for visit has been configured for the button by the reception administrators.

  • Added support to use email as an identifier when creating an appointment for Healthcare Practitioners.
  • Search for healthcare services for the specified license holder key.
    • Get healthcare service with the specified id.
